CHRONOLOGY: born: circa 1110 died: before 1169 1162-1187: During this period Wigand is listed as a witness for the ministerial of the Hersfeld monastery, Ludeger von Dorndorfs agreement to yearly pay his servant Berthold six denare. 1179: If Wigand and his wife were the parents of Rubbertus II.1, then they were dead at this date, since Rubbertus made a contribution to the Herzfeld Monastery for Masses, to be said for their souls.
